Following are instructions for getting a Solicitor Permit... 

Go to the Portal:

https://argyletx.portal.iworq.net/

 Scroll down and fill out the Misc. Permit application.

Please upload the following:

1. Proof of Texas Sales Tax Permit (or proof that the goods are not subject to sales tax
2. If using a fixed location, provide written permission to use the property from the property owner
3. Written proof of authority to represent the company or individual

*NOTE:  Town Hall is unable to issue any permits in person.  ALL permits are issued online.*
