For payments in person, the Argyle Municipal Court accepts cash, money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, all major credit cards (no American Express) convenience fee and processing fees apply. The credit/debit card and checks must be in your name with ID. The court accepts checks, cashier's checks or money orders ONLY for payments by mail. For online payments, the court accepts credit or debit cards, except American Express.Municipal Court

You have the right to a trial by a jury or you may request a bench trial. If you would like a trial, you must make your request in writing in person or by mail, on or before your initial appearance date which is the date listed on the bottom of your citation.Municipal Court
