[ARCHIVED] Argyle Resident Electricity Survey

Argyle Neighbors,

The worst of the weather crisis appears to be over. It has been a difficult week, but thankfully Argyle was not as severely tested as many other Denton County communities. We owe a debt of thanks to Argyle Water and our public works department for allowing normal life to resume for most of us as power returns. Our thoughts are with those who have sustained water damage.

We have learned some hard lessons during the crisis. One of the power delivery companies that serves the town did not rise to the challenge. Your responses to this survey will help us to work together with Denton County and our state legislators to investigate power delivery company performance and put real solutions in place.

If you are still without power we will contact Oncor or CoServe to ensure that they are working on your outage.

Please respond to the linked survey at the bottom of this notice ("Resident Survey" in red).

If you have questions or concerns please contact Town Hall at 940-464-7273 or email argyleTH@argyletx.com.
