In an effort to keep the citizens informed of upcoming development, the Town is now sharing the status of submitted development applications on our Community Development page. All development applications are reviewed by the Development Review Committee (DRC). The DRC is comprised of the Director of Community Development, Town Engineer, Town Manager, Police Chief, Director of Public Works, a representative from the Argyle Water Supply Corporation, Argyle Fire District Chief, Fire Marshal, and Town Inspector. The DRC is responsible for reviewing and commenting on development applications coming before the Community Development Department. The Community Development Department has published a list of Active DRC Projects that will be updated on a bi-weekly basis. The Active DRC Project List is designed to give a concise summary of development applications and amendments to the Town Development Standards.
