Commercial Building Permit Fees
Below is a table of commercial building permit fees based on construction valuation.
In order to assess the proper construction values for commercial developments, the Town of Argyle has adopted the Building Valuation Data as published by the International Code Council (ICC). The construction values used for calculating permit fees shall not be less than the most recent Building Valuation Data published by the ICC. Said permit fees shall be adjusted on an annual basis for permit applications received on or after the 1st day of October using the most recent edition of the Building Valuation Data.
