At Bold Fitness Bootcamp we strive to make a difference in everyone's life. We also understand that your time is valuable to you. That's why we use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to give you the most "Bang for Your Buck."
Each class is only 30 minutes long, but paced at high intensity. You will spend your 30 minutes rotating through a circuit of different exercises designed to destroy fat and build muscle. Each exercise is based on time, not repetitions, as to allow everyone to work at their own pace and fitness level. This allows for a challenging, but efficient workout for everyone.
